Refund policy

At Al-Khizānah (KVK: 99801051), we handle every order with care and attention. If for any reason you need to return an item, you may do so in accordance with the following conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with European Union regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return it. No reason is required, although we appreciate any feedback that helps us improve.

To exercise this right, you can:

  • Use the contact form on our website.
  • Send us an email at info@al-khizanah.com stating your full name and order number.
  • Complete and submit the Model Withdrawal Form included at the end of this policy.

2. Return Shipping Deadline

Once we receive your notification within the initial 14 days, you will have an additional 14 calendar days to ship the product back to us. The valid date will be the one shown on the shipment tracking. Returns sent outside of this legal timeframe may be rejected.

3. Product Condition and Hygiene Requirements

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition. We apply two levels of review:

A. General Conditions (e.g., Abayas) Important note before contacting us: Please be aware that minor chalk marks, loose thread ends from overlocking, or small fabric dust particles are a normal part of the garment manufacturing process and are not considered defects. Chalk marks disappear easily with water or after the first wash, and loose threads can be trimmed at home. We kindly ask you to check for these before submitting a return request, as they do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

The garment must be unwashed, unused, retain all its original tags, and show no stains, fabric snags, or external odors (perfume, food, etc.).

B. Strict Hygiene Protocol (Niqabs, Khimars, and garments in contact with head or face) These garments are in direct contact with sensitive areas; therefore, we apply a strict inspection policy. The return will be rejected if we detect:

  • Residues of makeup, concealer, or lipstick.
  • Traces of hair oils, serums, or hair in the forehead area or ties.
  • Transfer of fragrances or facial products.

We recommend trying these garments on with a clean face and protecting your hair to avoid accidental transfers that may invalidate your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

At the customer's discretion (change of mind, incorrect size, etc.) The customer is fully responsible for the return shipping costs and, in the case of an exchange, the cost of the new shipment. The return must be sent with mandatory tracking. The customer remains responsible for the product until it is received by us.

Defective or incorrect items In the event of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect shipment, Al-Khizānah will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once the return is received and verified:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
  • Original shipping costs:
    • In the case of full order returns, the amount of the products plus the cost of the original shipping paid will be refunded.
    • In the case of partial returns (if any item from the order is kept), the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • If the product does not meet the mentioned conditions, the return will be rejected. The customer may request the item to be sent back to them by covering the corresponding shipping costs.

6. Packaging and Return Address

We recommend using the original packaging or suitable packaging that correctly protects the garment during transport.

The physical return address will be provided once your request has been received and processed through the channels indicated in section 1.
