1. Order Processing Time
All orders are prepared within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship via PostNL. All shipments include a Track & Trace number so you can follow your order at all times.
3. Estimated Delivery Times and Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination.

- Delivery: 1–2 business days
- 0–2 kg: €7.50 | 2–5 kg: €17.50
Belgium
- Delivery: 1–2 business days
- 0–2 kg: €8.25 | 2–5 kg: €18.25
Germany
- Delivery: 2-4 business days
- 0–2 kg: €9 | 2–5 kg: €19.00
France, Luxembourg
- Delivery: 2–4 business days

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier processing, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
4. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
5. Carrier Responsibility
Once the package is handed over to PostNL, delivery times depend on the carrier. In case of delays or incidents, we will do our best to help you resolve them with the carrier. In accordance with European consumer protection law, AL-KHIZĀNAH remains responsible for the safe delivery of your order until you physically receive the goods.
6. Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay the shipping costs again to resend the order.
7. Customs and Taxes (Non-EU Countries)
For shipments outside the European Union (such as the United Kingdom), additional taxes or customs fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs displayed at checkout.
