SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

The Netherlands, European Union and Monaco

Orders sent to these destinations will not be subject to additional import taxes or customs duties upon delivery.

United Kingdom

For orders with a total consignment value of £135 or less, customers will not be required to pay additional import VAT or customs duties upon delivery.

Orders with a total consignment value above £135 may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or carrier clearance fees upon arrival. Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility.

European destinations outside the European Union

Orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or carrier clearance fees upon arrival.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility. The amount is determined by the authorities and delivery carrier in the destination country.

Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates

Orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or carrier clearance fees upon arrival.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility. The amount depends on the destination, order value and local customs regulations.

CUSTOMS DELAYS

Customs procedures may occasionally delay international deliveries. These delays are outside the control of Al-Khizānah.

REFUSED, UNCLAIMED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If an order is returned to us because it was refused, not collected, the delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, or applicable customs charges were not paid, we will process any eligible refund once the order has been returned to us and inspected.

Any actual costs incurred as a direct result of the return, including return shipping, carrier charges and customs-related fees, may be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges may also be non-refundable in these circumstances, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

This does not apply when the return results from an error by Al-Khizānah or when the goods are faulty or not as described.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to change the address.
